(1) Section 88C. Clause (b) of sub-section (2) of the Special Administrative Group may make a request to the Bank if it is found appropriate to establish a BMOZIM bridge institution or unit or to carry out work related to Taki Farfarah. If such a request is deemed appropriate, the bank may establish such a bridge institution or unit and allow it to carry out work related to the expansion. (2) Under subsection (1) the rights, liabilities, assets of the commercial bank or financial institution related to the institution or unit established under subsection (1) and any property acquired by such institution. It shall also be deemed to be a member of the payment, clearing or exchange system. (3) The shareholder, creditor or any other person of the commercial organization or unit established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall not have any right in the property or rights of the related commercial bank or financial institution. (4) Bridge institution or the work, duties and rights of such organization or unit and the remuneration and facilities received by such organization or unit shall be as prescribed by the bank. - (a) to obtain the consent of the creditor or any related party, (b) to complete the procedure prescribed by the prevailing company and securities laws, or (c) to complete the procedure prescribed in any contract to which the related commercial bank or financial institution is a party.
